It is finished with beautiful deluxe fairy pink satin frilly trims.
With an adjustable buckled strap to the neck and long black PVC tie belt to the waist.
The hat is one size and has an elasticated strap.
Comes complete with matching choker with a detachable lead. The choker has an adjustable buckle fastening to the back.
